Water Angels Project

Become Someone’s Angel Today.

If you are in a position to make a radical difference for someone in need, we encourage you to join the Water to Thrive Water Angels project today.

Our goal is to gain the support of a minimum of 100 Water Angels in 2010.

Water to Thrive (W2T) needs your blessings to continue blessing others with the gift of clean water. We are seeking individuals/families/groups to make the decision to become a “Water Angeland to support our mission to provide those in need with clean water.

What is a Water Angel?

Water Angels are a group of gracious annual contributors that give a gift of $1,000 or more, annually.

These unrestricted contributions ensure that we are able to continue our mission to lift up the mission of clean water for those that are currently living without their most basic need.

Benefits of becoming an Angel:

The opportunity to make a difference – “Water Angels” are the very reason we are able to deliver against our commitment to serve those in need of clean water. It is through your contributions that we are able to lift up our mission and raise awareness and funds to make a difference. It is through your support that wells are built, that clean water flows, that women are relieved of their legacy of burden, that children are receiving the chance of an education, and that change is not only possible, but that it is a reality.

Our goal is maintain the policy of allowing 100% of contributions for water projects, to go directly to the project.  That model requires us to raise our operating expenses separate in order to continue that model.  We were blessed with a start up grant from Thrivent Financial for Lutherans which enabled us to successfully launch our Water to Thrive (W2T) program. However, this was not a recurring grant, and we must establish alternative operating support to continue serving out our mission.  We are seeking a commitment from 100 individuals to fund $1,000 each.  That would make a huge difference for us to be able to continue our water ministry with our original model.  We ask that you consider being one of the original 100 “Water Angels” for W2T.  Your thoughtful consideration is greatly appreciated. We promise your money will be used frugally……we are on a path to provide clean water for another 50,000 – 75,000 rural Africans during 2010.

It is through the contributions of our Water Angels that Water to Thrive is thriving. You are the reason that we continue to be the voice for those in need.

Leveraged Contributions – With each Water Angel’s annual contribution, we double or triple our ability to serve those in need. For example, with your gift of $1,000, we will raise between $2000-$3000 for water projects in communities that need your help.

Gift Options – Multiple gifting options makes becoming a Water Angel a manageable decision for you and your family. All it takes is a commitment to an annual contribution that totals $1000 or greater. For example, this can be achieved in the following ways, annually:

  • a monthly recurring donation of just $83.33
  • a quarterly gift of $250
  • or a single contribution of $1,000.

What does my contribution support?

Your contributions make it possible to:

Founded in 2008, our accomplishments are making a difference!
